Purchase and pay for delivery online, in 4 easy clicks. And your Personal Paccoweb Assistant will cover the rest – from ordering to delivery – everything regarding your parcel will be taken care of. To find out more, you can contact your Personal Assistant directly. Home pick-up, available all over Italy, can be selected from the first working day from purchase up to a maximum of 90 days thereafter¹.

In addition, if you travel for work or pleasure say goodbye to heavy suitcases and trolleys. With Paccoweb you can ship bags up to 30 kg for a very reasonable price.

Soon after you have completed the purchase process, you will receive the Waybill in pdf format.

You must print it and give it to the courier who comes to pick up your parcel. Later you will receive an invoice for the purchase.

The parcel cannot be sent through the post office; it may only be given to the courier who picks up the parcel at the sender’s home.

¹ The courier may come to pick up the parcel during business hours, at any time throughout the day. Choose an address where someone is always present.

When you place your order online, you can choose from a wide range of accessory services, for which you will pay nothing to the courier who picks up the parcel.
